"Fantastic place amazing host"

Can’t recommend this property highly enough the location is fantastic your balcony looks out over the main piazza the apartment itself is incredible very large and comfortable the little touches the host does are heart felt and very much appreciated Francesca our host even picked us up from the train station dropped us off and drove us around town for a tour we can’t wait to return Do yourself a favour and stay here David and Franca

Everything that whoever is on holiday dreams of is in 'La Residenza in Piazza Grande'! Location, facilities, cleanness, private garage, and most of all Francesca, the host! She made everything so simple for us.

No breakfast included. Lively location. Felt like home away from home. And Francesca had provided eveything

Even though we only were driving a small Ford Focus, there was NO WAY to get in and out if the garage. We had to find another place by ourselves.waaay too small. The piazza is lovely .. it IS a bit noisy late in the evening and very early morning.

Francesca is an exeptional hostess. She welcomed us with open arms. Her appartment, right at the main square, is wonderfully decorated with an exquisit eye for detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will not forgot the days we spent in Foligno. Thank you, Francesca, we will come back soon.

"a really pleasant place to stay"

Really comfortable location in the heart of the city. The apartment is elegantly furnished and the view over the main square gives it a truly welcoming atmosphere. The owner was very kind in allowing me to leave the apartment only in the afternoon so that my trip was more relaxed

Our whole experience with apartment and Francesca was top notch! the apartment was gorgeous, every detail was thought of. Would absolutely stay here again, and will highly recommend La Residenca in Piazza Grande to anyone travelling to Foligno.

"Palatial position on the piazza"

Excellent location. Superb apartment, loved the decor. Fully equipped kitchen, more like a home, and really appreciated the extra touches that we had not seen before in our 2 months in Italy. Thanks Francesca for picking us up from the train station, it was so nice to meet you
