Sensor light on top of stairs not working otherwise ok

Great big shower but water pressure is really bad and the shower head needs replacing also u can hear very move from upstairs and their conversations

We had a unit on the upper floor. Accessible by stairs. Ok during the day. Very dangerous at night no lighting on steps or anywhere. Used torches on our phones. Definitely needs to be addressed asap. I was in unit 4 . The steps align with bedroom window not great. No outside chairs on upper level only downstairs

Unit 3 : Very badly equipped kitchen. Room light in 2nd bedroom didn’t work. And no power point. We had to use our phone torches on the first night. Very inconvenient. There was a lamp and pedestal fan in the 2nd bedroom but no power or power point in the room to plug them into so I’m unsure why they would put these 2 appliances in a room with no power point, or advise of this in the listing. The kitchen appliances were also broken. No stove or oven and the electric frypan was old and broken and the plug in hotplate also didn’t work. We went to my brothers holiday unit around the corner to cook.

We tried to contact the host about getting another chair & our bedroom light needed a globe. We rang twice but got no reply. Contacts name was Lauren.
