The place was clean, quiet, and tidy. The owner was helpful, and it was in a good location. There are plenty of shops close by, and restaurants. la fortuna is walking distance, and so is the waterfall.there are also some hikes close by.

Can't think of any criticism constructive or otherwise.

Quiet, private, clean rooms. Nice balcony outside to eat and relax. Nice bathroom. Private kitchen was minimal but had everything we needed to cook some meals. No direct view of volcano, but a great view by the shop., it was a little bit of a walk into town, but the location was very peaceful we knew this ahead of time so it was okay but should be noted before booking.

The only real thing I didn't like was there was only one window in the kitchen and was separated by the wall so we didn't get too much air flow in the evening.

Friendly staff, clean and large rooms. Good value for the money.

Street was a bit bumpy but to be expected in Costa Rica

Good price, parking right next to it. Included full kitchen, fridge, TV and outdoor private seating with comfortable couches. This level of comfort far exceeds what you can get anywhere else for the kind of money.

Beggar started harassing me just as I pulled up to the property, and would not go away. It's so sad for otherwise good location and good value. It left me concerned for my car for the rest of the stay, even though nothing happened.

Comfortable stay with little kitchenette with essentials and nice patio space. Pillows and bed good. Location little out of town also favourable as less noisy. A shop and a supermarket in easy walking distance.

Would have been nice to have some hooks to hang your towel and other stuff.
