"Great view-apartment in Funchal suburb if you have a car."

Very friendly, welcoming and supportive owners (quick answers, advices…). Nice apartment with 1 living room and 2 separated bedrooms. Exceptional view from the rooftop terrace on the mountains, the city and the sea. It is possible to park the car for free within the property. Wood-heater in case of cold evenings (we stayed for Christmas). Very close by Pingo Doce supermarket (2 min walk).

A bit humid in December. Missing a few plugs. Below-roof apartment: hardly suitable for guests above 1.90m. Parking the car inside the property can be a challenge for some drivers (steepy road). There are only roof-windows: no possibility to see the surroundings except from the rooftop terrace. At least 20 steps to get to the apartment: not suitable for handi-guests.

Everything was amazing! The photos don't do this place - it's like living your most amazing dreams! Clean, spacious, well laid out apartment with the most breathtaking views!! Supermarkets are just a step away. The host was so lovely. The terrace has the best view over Funchal.

"Great value for money; nice hosts"

Appartment with great view, all amenities to make you feel like home, a nice hosting family and great value for money.

Parking in the private parking was always challenging for me. Some mosquito challenges: I wish I had brought my own mosquito repellent plug-in.
