My stay at this property was an absolute disaster from start to finish.First, the check-in process was chaotic and extremely confusing. They use a tablet system with a terrible speaker..it was practically impossible to hear or understand anything the remote staff was saying.Second, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The apartment was visibly dirty, and I even found used false eyelashes and filth on the floor upon arrival.To make matters worse, their management is highly deceitful. They sent me an ambiguous message stating they were "pleased to inform me that it was possible to extend my stay until 11:00 AM," burying the extra fee at the bottom. When I left at 11:00 AM based on this poor communication, they immediately demanded a late check-out fee. When I explained the misunderstanding, they resorted to aggressive language, threatening me with "further action" over an 8-euro/1,500 yen misunderstanding that they caused.Save your money and your peace of mind. Do not stay here.
