The Host ( Anabela) was amazing and very kind. The experience was even better due to her way of being.

The wiew was fantastic. Ana Bella and Lino are very nice.The garden is beautiful.

The shower area was very small and difficult to set it.

Comfortable apartment, it has a terrace with beautiful view to Funchal and the ocean.

The view is amazing. Loved having breakfast on the terrace or glass of wine in the evening looking at lights of Funchal. Lino who manages for the host is very helpful.

We decided to stay in Funchal besides other to visit the Carnaval 2023 (18.+21.2.2023). We rented a car so we wanted to park somewhere safely and for free. There was no problem to park our car just in front of the accomodation on the street (there was parking place for at least 15 cars for free and even to park on the road was ok). The apartment consits of nice living room with well equpied kitchen, bedroom for two persons, bathroom + toilet and an enourmous terrase with very nice view of the city. The place is good located for doing trips to the mountains or for visiting botanic garden and if you use your car you can reach city center within 10 minutes. Some of the equipment is not new and "modern" but everything was fully operationable and clean. The host Anabele speaks only portuguese, however it was no problem thanks to the cooperation with Lino, who speaks very good english and spanish as well. Thank you for all your hospitality :-).

Very spacious apartment with big terrace and amazing view! Ana Bela is very hospital person, we recived welcome' Christmas cake, later she invited to celebrate together New Year. Her neighbour, Lino, offered us pick-up from/to the airport and car rental for a very reasonable price.

The house is really far from the city center (ca. one hour of hiking from the city), buses aren't frequent (one per hour), taxis are quite expensive and Bolt very often isn't available.
