Very nice, clean and good located apartment.

The apartment was bright and new, with a comfortable bed and two balconies, which we appreciated. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The most unpleasant part was the check-out process: a staff member came into the room and started inspecting everything in detail — checking if the appliances worked, counting every piece of cutlery, dishes, hangers, towels, etc. It felt like an inspection, not a check-out. Very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Room cleaning was done only once during a 7-night stay, and there were no basic cleaning tools like a broom or mop, so we had no way to clean up ourselves. Guests are also expected to take out their own trash, which is unacceptable for a hotel. Frying pan was very old and scratched. It definitely needs to be replaced. They also require a €70 cash deposit at check-in. Parking in the garage costs €5 per day, and the garage is extremely narrow — very difficult to use if you have a larger car. They also require guests to provide an exact arrival time, as there is no staff permanently on-site for check-in. This can be quite inconvenient and adds extra stress for travelers.

I never bother to write reviews on Booking.com but I have to in this case. I feel like I was misled with the positive reviews of this accommodation, I should have read the Google reviews instead. Please do that first before booking. I'd give it 2-3 stars to be honest. The host is lovely and explained everything really well, but I'm sorry, I just wish I booked something else. We stayed for almost a week too and we really felt trapped, the street is noisy so it doesn't matter if you get a room with a view.

The view is partially of the sea, but it's really of the construction site in front of the building. The flat smelled and the air con was mouldy. There is no dishwasher. The receptionist will come and count everything in the flat when you leave, this was very awkward for me. I understand they had bad experiences with tourists, but I would rather charge more than count teaspoons in front of the guests. Sorry, would never stay again. But to each his own, if you are happy here, I'm happy for you.

Everything was excellent, the apartment has everything, very clean and comfortable and look new.

The only takes I have are the internet was poor and the parking was very tight. However, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel, and we will come back if god wills.

She was always ready to assist with any queries we had, which added a personal touch to our experience. The apartments themselves were absolutely immaculate, boasting stunning views that made our mornings even more enjoyable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after our adventures. Another highlight was the convenience of the underground garage, available for just €5 per day, which made our stay even more hassle-free. Plus, the location was perfect; a leisurely 30-minute stroll took us right into the heart of the city. I wholeheartedly recommend this aparthotel to anyone who values peace and comfort during their travels. It truly was a wonderful experience, and we can’t wait to return!

First at all, Delia welcomed us and explained us general rules about the property. The studio is very clean, modern (we like the USB sockets), well furnished. The kitchen is well equipped. And the patio is furnished with a dining table and a transat. We like as well the situation. A bus stop is just in front of the property. Aerobus stop there and we can go to the airport. Otherwise we got the bus and reached the old town in 15 minutes. Easy to go walking in 35 minutes. A lot of restaurants around and supermarkets and tour operators. All good then

We had a room for two with a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. It is on the 4th floor (but there are two elevators in the building). We had a great view on the ocean from our living room. The living room has a balcony, a kitchen (there is toster, oven, fridge, microwave, stove, iron), a sofa, a coffee table, and a TV. The room was great. Staff is really professional and kind. Thank you for your work. Important: You need to pay 70€ when you check in (insurance bond). It will return to you when you check out. There is closed parking with two floors under the building (5€ per day). But you need great driving skills or a small car (like Fiat 500). We had SEAT Arona, and we needed to be careful with walls. But other people used bigger cars. It depends on your skills. It's a great place. 5 minutes to ocean, 25 minutes to city center (or 7 minutes if you use a car). There is a big supermarket, a lot of companies for rent a car near the hotel and bus stop in front of hotel.

The hotel is located on the noisy street. There is a construction in front of the hotel (but I think this will end soon). The room and hotel don't have any washing machines. But there is a laundry center near the hotel. 8€ for washing and 4€ for drying.
