Great location, lots of space, clean

From the moment we booked, Cristina's response to queries was exceptional. Willing to go above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Our flight arrived (late) after midnight and yet Antonio was waiting at the apartment building with his lovely wife to greet us with big smiles and welcomes and to show us the apartment. They had left a bowl of fruit, bread, milk, water, and coffee for us which was much appreciated. The location of the apartment was excellent - 10 minute walk to Old Town, 10 mins to the harbour. Close to plenty of restaurants, and with a charming bakery next door. The apartment itself was spotless, and very large - with two good size double bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, a very large living area and a well-equipped kitchen. There was also a small balcony with a fabulous view over the red roofs to the sea.

The street below was very busy, and quite noisy from the balcony - though it was a small price to pay for being so central and in such a well-maintained apartment

The property was centrally located to all the activities we planned. The city center was an easy walk. The building is well kept. The host was amazing! Outstanding. She offered to hold our luggage if we arrived before check in but not needed with our arrival time. When we arrived, she met us at the property and gave us a full run down. She was great. The apartment was light and bright. The decor was minimalist and perfect. The rooms were spacious and access to the patio was a plus.

Cosy and clean appartment with all needed facilities. The undergroumd parking is a really great advantage. The host is a very nice lady with all the help and advices. Apprecaited all the help. Simply splendid.

We had a lovely stay in Funchal at Luxury View Apt. Unit was comfortable, very clean and having the washer and drying room was a plus! It was great having a designated parking stall downstairs. There were a few steps getting into the building but there was an elevator inside, so it was very easy access. Great location, close to many restaurants, shops, services. Funchal is a charming town to explore and we could have used another day.

The apartment was very comfortable and its location close to the city centre was a great advantage. The apartment had a beautiful view of the Funchal skyline, which added to the charm of everyday moments. There were grocery shops and a bakery in the area, which made daily shopping quick and convenient. Parking in the underground garage was also a big plus, providing convenience and security for the car. The whole area provided an excellent base for exploring the city and surrounding area. It was a very nice gesture to be welcomed by Cristine, her commitment and help made our stay in Madeira very special :)

It was a perfect place for a one-week trip. The owner was very friendly and helpful, the flat was enough big for 5 people, was in a very good condition and in a very good localisation.
