The view is absolutely amazing, we sat on the deck every single night. We are a traveling family 4 adults and 2 kids 8-13 years old. The space was perfect, cleaned extremely well, well maintained, modern and secure. Walking distance to everything, local bus and yellow hop on off stop right at the main entrance, 2 minute walk to the water front and taxi area. We loved loved loved this apartment, would 100% book again.

We cannot recommend this place enough! It is spacious and has everything you might need for a beautiful time away in Madeira. The location is amazing, just overlooking the marina. The balcony is one of the best parts of the place, it was so lovely to sit out there with a glass of wine and enjoy the views. We didn't use the hot-tub while we were there, but I can imagine it's lovely to use! Carina, who messaged with us about our booking, was so organised and made checking-in and out a breeze.

The location and the size of Rooftop Marina II was just perfect for us. From the balcony there's a great view over the marina. We were able to walk everywhere in just a few minutes.

Nothing we didn't like. Maybe the couch in the living room can benefit from some cleaning.

Fantastic location albeit over a fairly busy road although it didn’t spoil our enjoyment. The flat was very clean and nicely furnished, and the balcony very spacious. Perfect for walking everywhere. Ligia, the manager, was very helpful and answered any queries promptly.

There were a couple of areas on the exterior and interior of the actual building which need repair.
