D Apartment - your home with breathtaking Views

Basically everything. the location was great, the host was 5* and the view was better than the photos. Also the apartament has everything you need if you want to cook your meals there. Great value for the money.

Very comfortable and well-furnished apartment with stunning see view from a large balcony offering enough space to have meals outside and relax. The kitchen is well equipped for home cooking and the bedroom has a comfy bed and a large wardrobe. Although very close to the city centre and the restaurans/bar area, the location is very quiet during day and night, and the perfect spot from which set off to descover the whole island. The inside garage is another plus. The owner Duarte has been extreemely helpful and always available in case of need: to him goes a special thank for his friendliness and for the unespected Madeira wine bottle and typical local 'Bolo de mel' sweet he offered us. Definitely a place to recommend and come back to in the future.

All was perfect! I would yet advise to place some small light spots (small lamps for examples) on the floor or on the small shelf with mirror in order to create an atmosphere and have more discreet lights for those moments when the central ceiling lights are too much.

Clean, quiet, spacious, well equipped one-bedroom apartment, with a lovely south-facing ocean view, in a perfect location within easy walking distance of many cafés, restaurants, the old town and the oceanfront. Duarte was a gracious, caring and perfect host who generously made the time to welcome warmly upon arrival and kept in touch throughout our visit. Easy, free parking in the garage below was a bonus.

Great location for sightseeing, restaurants, and shopping, walking distance to Old Town and the waterfront, beautiful sea view, clean and spacious apartment and nice kitchen, Madeira Wine and traditional dessert upon arrival.

There is a school, gymnasium and soccer field located directly below. There was noise and bright lights every day from 8am up to 11:20pm when the field lights dimmed and everyone left. The weekend was loud with bull horns and cheering on the field and in the gymnasium. Pictures did not show this. We wouldn't have stayed here if we had known.

The flat was amaizing. The view was absolutely stunning. The cleanlines was perfect. The owner was very kind. We got cold water in the fridge, wine and traditional cake too at arrival. And the location was more than great - close to the centre, to the shops and cafes, but still silent. And if someone likes to watch football, its available from the balcony as well :)

Very well located right next to the old town with plenty of good restaurants. Good layout and large terrace with wonderful sea view! Owner Duarte is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

It was a very well located apartment close to everything that we wanted to see in the city and with an amazing view to the ocean! Our host was very flexible with the arrival timing and waited us with local wine & sweets :) We also liked that the kitchen was big and very well equipped.

D apartment was such an amazing choice where to stay. We enjoyed every moment there. Clean and magical place with very warm welcome! Easy and quick communication with the host and if we needed anything during our stay he was always available to help us. For us D apartment deserves five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
