Balans Old Town

The apartment was perfectly situated in a prime location, just a short walk from all of Gdańsk’s downtown attractions. From historic landmarks to charming cafes and bustling markets, everything was within easy reach. It was an ideal base for exploring the heart of the city.

The apartment’s hot water system was insufficient for longer showers. The on-demand system struggled to keep up, providing only about 30 seconds of hot water before running out. This made it difficult to enjoy a comfortable, uninterrupted shower.

Location was perfect, very quiet ground floor apartment, bed super comfy.

Be aware that host has different locations. We thought the apartment was going to be in another street but this location is also great.

Great location in a historic building, very close to the old town but very quiet late September. Very comfortable bed and not short on towels.

There was mold on the wall in one of the bedrooms. A very large area with lots of mold next to the radiator pipe. That was scary and until that is fixed we will not stay again. I searched past reviews and another visitor mentioned the wall 8 months earlier in January.
