Location

WiFi was not working even we called the personnel they weren’t helpful and told us to use city WiFi which was not available at the apartment.

The only think I was happy with was the location. In the heart of the Old Town

The flat itself needs a good deep cleaning and renovation. The sofa bed looked like it was never clean and smelled terribly. Inside the sofa bedding was waiting for us thin like a piece of paper and full of yellow marks. The sofa inside was full of dust and dirt. Communication with the host was taking ages , we tried to call several times to find out where we can find extra bedding for kids. The lady who picked up was rude and quickly answered the question then hung the phone on us. I would never stay there if I knew that the pictures don't show the reality of the place.

Location is fantastic, next to Green Gate. The view from the front windows are as you see on the pictures for the apartment. The christmas market was a 7minute walk away. The apartment was lovely and warm and had plenty of space. The apartment had tea, coffee and sugar and plenty of cups, plates etc. We had clean towels and good water pressure in the shower. It was a perfect resting place for us, it felt safe and was in the best location we could wish for with so many facilities around us.

We sadly had no working wifi and did mention this to the host but they couldn't fix it. This was quite frustrating as signal for us in the apartment was limited. We also couldn't get the TV to work but this may have been to do with the wifi. The bathroom has a really pungent smell to it and needs the pipes to be bleached. The bed was a very soft memory foam bed which was very uncomfortable. My husband ended up sleeping on the sofa because of how soft it was (I appreciate this may be personal preference). The shampoo and body wash was an all in one product which we were not expecting. The lighting on the corridor stopped from the first level so you needed your phone torch.

Location was exceptionally good.

Bathroom smelled bad.

Location was great. Right next to the green gate and maybe 200 metres from Neptune's fountain. Head into the street and turn left and you're at the riverside cafes etc. turn right and you're on the Highstreet :)

Washing machine smelt a bit damp when I arrived. The Highstreet is quite loud on an evening, even midweek, so couldn't stay in the lounge area too long on an evening and retreated to the bedroom.

Amazing location

The apartment looked better in the pictures. It needs renovation: dirty walls in the bedroom, cracked paint in many places. There was a storage area for old pieces of furniture in the bedroom. 😒 Also, the pillows were so soft and used that we could barely use them. The towels smelled like old cleaning clothes. The whole place was badly equipped, and there was a bad canalization smell.
