Just great apartment. Extended my stay

Easy to find. Good amount of space. Kitchen has the basics. Great communication with property managers.

A little cold since the windows didn’t seal well. Stairs were a little tricky with a baby. We ended up needing to block off the stairs with part of the sofa.

The location was nice, the apartment was exceptionally clean and the decor was top-notch. We will definitely book it again. Stayed with my family and they really enjoyed it.

Very easy checking in. Nice to have the on-suite bedroom.

The stairs leading upto the property were steep which therewasn'tany mentionof stairsin the advertisement becausei wouldn't have booked this property if id known, the property was freezing cold when we arrived at the property, no instructions for the washing machine,it took at least 3 hours to do a load of laundry, no knobs for the gas cooker, broken mirror in the bedroom,the oven was dirty and when we turned the oven it started smoking and filled the kitchen in smoke, we had to open the patio door to let the smoke out and there was nothing in the oven because we was preheatingthe oven(it was disgraceful),there was no oven trays,no oven gloves which I wasn't expecting any of the above at all so it spoilt our 38th anniversary that we've been together.

This is a lovely property which also provided some nice touches eg teabags, condiments etc. I t has a very homely feel to it so i felt at home straight away. The location is ideal for grocery stores, is fantastic for bus transport links into Glasgow and is also within very easy reach of Bellahouston Park & Pollok Country Park.

The property was very clean apart from the oven - the inside of the oven door was filthy which meant that the first time that i used it the smoke belched out and stank the flat for the remainder of the evening. There also appears to be a problem with the drainage system in both of the bathrooms - there was a seriously pungent smell for 3 nights coming from the en suite bathroom which made for a very unpleasant sleeping experience. It would be beneficial to have this looked at asap. I noticed that a couple of people have left feedback about problems with the keys / locks however I had no problem using them. The check in process was unclear - i like to be organised with my travel plans and do not like leaving things to the last minute. I did not know whether i would pick up the keys for the apartment from a lock box or whether someone would meet me at the property to hand over the keys. I attempted to gain clarity with the company a few days before travelling but was unsuccessful. This meant that i had to phone and chase the company on the morning of my arrival - this was not ideal because i was already dealing with a delayed overnight flight / cancelled connecting flight / missing baggage. Fortunately however i did have a UK SIM to make the phone call.....if i had to use my Saudi SIM it would have cost me a small fortune to do so.
