the location was excellent. good sized apartment

the property was advertised as having an elevator as their were two members of our group with mobility issues this caused major problems. on contacting yourselves it was made clear this was not your problem. all if this on a Sunday and the day before the public holiday for the Queens funeral and me travelling from Australia and the other two from Northampton. property was dirty and had not been cleaned properly dirty bed and bed linen. sofa was so sunken we were almost in the floor there was dirt and rubbish under the seats in the sofa. oven was filthy. wardrobe door fell off. very hard to enter the flat think something is wrong with the lock. apartment covered in fruit flies. we were still supposed to be staying for 14 nights and actually got moved to the lower floor which was a bit better. advertising pictures were obviously when first listed very misleading and I’m sure would constitute false advertising.

Everything the staff were very helpful the location was great I only hope the next time we are in Glasgow we can get that accomodation

We had a lovely time. The apartment was exactly what we wanted.

We found the neighbours downstairs quite rude. We arrived a little late at 12pm due to a 4 hour drive. As we were walking around the apartment and talking we had banging on the ceilings. We were not being loud. We around say good morning and get stone cold looks. It made us feel quite uncomfortable.

The location was very central to our needs. The apartment was light and airy and well presented. The apartment was well equipped.

Although appeared clean the floors were very dirty. There were a lot of little flies in the building but unsure if related to the overfilled dustbins outside. The curtain pole & curtains were in the wardrobe and I had to report it to ensure I was not held responsible. Management team not inspect after each rental?

Great residential area,very quiet and calm.

We were there for a week but got no facilities for extra sheets, shower gel and no hand wash available in the toilets.

it was comfortable, there is shops near by. Good value for money. was very vibrant

cleaning could have been better. think the overall maintenance of the flat needs improved, we noticed while staying there a few of the utilities and furniture had seen better days
