Exceptional!

Lush property, nice garden, pretty private from the outside with gates controlled by a key and high walls, private parking, great if you are hiring a car. Bed was super comfortable.

There was nothing bad about the property, it was very clean and they provided the necessities. However, we do recommend that the shower should be looked at. It’s a very nice bathroom but there was a leak at the head of the shower causing it to be low pressure. There was also washing pods for us to use but the washing machine leaked water when we turned it on so unless it’s fixed I recommend not using it! The last thing was they only provided 1 large towel and 1 hand towel per person and we were there for a week. Other than this, everything else was superb.

It is quite near the restaurants area ~15 walk. 5 min to the grocery shop. It has nice garden with terrace where we were able to eat breakfast outside. Apartament quite big.

There was quite strong smell of humidity or mold inside. Apartament is on the hill so requares some phisical effort when going back from city center.

The stuff were extremely professional, polite and trying their best to provide us with a great experience. We like the fact that they were available around the clock, checking on us and trying to fix the issues we faced. We really appreciated their services!

There were few things: - there was a strong smell in the apartment, most probably coming from the fact that it was very humid. - the parking spots provided were very tight, extremely delicate to park. - the location isn’t very convenient if you decide to walk somewhere, there are no side walks once you step outside, no groceries around, no restaurants less than 1km away.

We really enjoyed how spacious and cozy it was. We had private parking which was super useful. The kitchen was very well equipped. The Rocha hosts were very friendly. It is surround with a beautiful garden. The location was awesome you can get anywhere with a car (which we highly recommend renting a car for this island).

Apartment was spacious and well equipped. Liked the two balconies and bananas growing in the garden.

Didn’t realise that it was such a walk up hill to get to the apartment from the centre. Our legs hurt! Also couldn’t get the coffee maker to work, red lights. Is it us or is it broken.?
