Super enjoyed the stay. Beautiful apartment fully equipped with two balconies.The back balcony view is amazing to the mountains of the city. There’s a garden with veggies and fruits. There is a closed gate parking. We did the path everyday for 3 days - no hassle - just be careful. Lovely place!

We liked the possibility of parking at the accommodation. The accommodation had 2 nice balconies. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. We really liked the cozy garden.

Some of the lockers were a little broken. The door lock of the balcony was not working. So anybody could have gotten in from the outside. The road to the center was without a sidewalk. So it was quite dangerous and long. I would appreciate air conditioning in the accommodation.

We were greeted by Humberto, who kindly briefed us about the property. Good value for the money we paid, spacious and equipped with everything we needed, the apartment has 2 balconies with lovely view of the colourful garden. Overall, a great stay. The property is about 15 minutes walk from the centre and a quite steep walk up and down, so it may not be suitable for everyone without a car (but, there is also a free parking spot).

The apartment was clean and spacious. There are two terrace each side of the building, it was great for siting outdoor for evening. Following there was parking inside the site.

Only one thing missing, very small portion dishwasher liquid. The apartment equipped with washing machine, however washing powder not available (this is not a big problem, but we could buy only bigger size in the shop for use only one time)

We loved the beautifully maintained garden, which is filled with banana trees, lizards, a big fig tree and other beautiful plants. We enjoyed sitting on the bedroom balcony relaxing and watching the lizards. Overall nice accommodation, it’s a modern design and feels spacious. The apartment was really clean, there was a good ceiling fan in the bedroom and the mattress was comfortable. Also very fast internet. The lady and gentleman maintaining the garden and building were lovely and friendly (the owners we think).

Not enough linen provided. 1x body towel, 1x hand towel and 1x pillow per person, and 1x thin tea towel for the kitchen, which was not adequate. We requested more linen from the rental management company and were refused. The pillow was like a massive inflated balloon, far too high for me (a woman) to sleep on. The door handle mechanism in the bedroom was broken and missing screws to keep it attached. We discovered this when it came away and landed on my boyfriend's bare feet. We told the management company but they didn't acknowledge it. Broken pedal bin. No spare bin bags. No kitchen towel (though pictured). Very little toilet paper. No scissors. No washing powder. For self-catering accommodation at this price, we expected better. We had to buy quite a bit to keep us going for our 9 day stay, including mugs as there were only espresso and cortado cups. Parking is secure with an electric gate but there’s really only space for 3 cars, not 4. We had a small rental car but witnessed other guests with larger cars trying (and failing) to park without damage.

Very nice, comfortable and clean apartment. Fully equipped with washing machine.

Location is a bit tricky if you are not with the car. But free parking place is available so better use it.
