"Une bonne adresse pour découvrir Funchal"

L'emplacement très central, à côté de la cathédrale. La taille de ce grand studio lumineux ouvert sur une petite terrasse avec un coin cuisine très bien équipé.

Le bruit (supportable) des climatiseurs dans la ruelle. Et un ascenseur très très lent réservé aux bagages. L'absence de réception.

Madeira Ferienwohnung erst #002, nach Reklamation wegen Kakerlaken #102 Ausstattungsmängel Wackelnde und lose Wasserhähne schwergängige und klemmende Betätigungen für Fenster und Fensterläden Flackernde Stehlampe Risse in Wänden/Decken (Eintritt für Kakerlaken?) zu kleiner TV (#002) viel zu kleiner TV (#102) nur 3 deutsche TV-Sender schlechter Trittschallschutz (ständiges Getrampel / Gepolter vom Oberbewohner hörbar) Fehlende Ausstattung kein WLAN kein Toaster keine Kaffeemaschine kein Kleiderständer kein Wäschetrockner (trotz vorhandener Waschmaschine) zu wenig Ablageflächen im Bad (#002) zu wenige Möglichkeiten Handtücher zu trocknen zu wenig Geschirr keine Heizung/Klima Sauberkeit / Hygiene Kakerlaken (#002) und im Eingangsbereich vor der Haustür Stinkender Flur hinter der Haustür neben Zimmer #001 Stinkender Zugang von der Straße zum Metalltor (Bistro im Zugangsbereich!! --> Ursache Kakerlaken??) klebriger Haar Fön

"Modern, spacious and clean- great location"

Located in the town centre puts you within steps of all the attractions, restaurants, bars and public transport. This modern apartment on the first floor (102) was spacious and spotlessly clean. The kitchen looked new and was suitably equipped to make simple meals.Despite the central location there were no issues with street noise. Accessing the property was simple with the clear instructions provided via WhatsApp.

No coffee machine - hardly a big issue.

A little spartan and characterless. A couple of prints of Funchal or Madeira would have helped, and at least one plant on the terrace
