Would appreciate availability of coffee/tea, sugar and milk.

There was an unnecessary delay in sending check in details. When it was already time, they asked for ID and delayed check in. These could be sorted before if ID was needed. Lacked facilities. Extremely uncomfortable beds. Could feel springs on my back. No sense of customer service.

Very clean..host was good..parking was good ..easy to find the address

Bath basin s drain was not getting open...upstairs people were walking, banging so we had a bit problem to sleep..otherwise it is ok

It was a clean place and had a bus stop and a few corner shops in walking distance. Cleaning staff was lovely. Garden access and place were easy to navigate. Decent amount of cups, plates, and bowls but only 2 sets of cutlery.

There was one lock on the door that i had to screw back into the door as screw fell out the door. Even when screwed in, one barge against the door and it would have fallen out again. It's a flat block, so one lock on the back door(not the room, the actual building), and anyone could get in. Person who's number is on the booking would send me to voicemail, changed where to receive and put the key 3 times, except this, everything was good.

Apartment was clean a tidy. Good location for town centre.

Only half a toilet roll when we got there for 4 adults. The sink plug couldn't be removed. There was also a few loose wires sticking out the walls. Would still stay again.
