Glasgow Southside: Cosy 2 Bedroom Apartment

Easy check-in. Big lounge and settee. Quiet side street.

Double bed very uncomfortable, single beds better, but odd narrow duvet. Window blinds inadequate except for privacy so light all night even when cloudy. Kitchen poorly equipped. Single frying pan (only), no scissors, oven very slow to heat up, cheap poor cutlery, no chopping board. Central heating boiler kept coming on all the time (noisy). Bathroom - shower poorly installed, couldn't put sink plug in plughole (something blocking it). Cleaning cupboard too full to close and mop bucket still had dirty water in it. Couldn't get TV to connect to Android phone and no other input for terrestrial channels. Bedside light for decoration only, no socket in reach.

It was clean, comfortable- on the ground level so very helpful and free streetside parking

It was wierd that there was no dining table anywhere - no where to eat but on the sofas which doesn't feel respectful to the property with a child The lounge was large so there was space for a table and chairs Also wierd that we couldn't just put normal TV on. It's nice to have a TV but a bit silly if it's complicated to just turn on the local free to air TV- maybe we are just not technical enough to put TV on 🤣🤣🤣 It was also wierd that the kitchen cuboards were labeled with certain items - like wine glasses - but there were no wine glasses- if you are going to be nice enough to label the cuboards to show where things are...it's good to actually have those items 🤣

We felt safe, in what was an unusual area. The host responded quickly when we needed more kitchen things.

The bathroom was cramped, shower rod that held up the curtain fell down. It would have been good to know where to go for groceries, we ended up at a dodgy area of town at a Tesco Express where we felt very unsafe

Wire randomly hanging out of wall, needs to be updated, beds very uncomfortable, no amenities, like milk teabags coffee.

Never heard from them. The place is a hoax. Never was able to open the door. Zero communication. Travelled a long way just to return back to the airport and stay there instead. I except a full refund. Never stay here.

Nice and clean property ideally situated, 20 minutes bus ride to glasgow city centre. Good host. Highly recommended
