Balcony door broken without lock with the rain wet everything and a lot of wind came in, totally dirty flat, sheets were not clean, intercom did not work! I spent 3 days trying to solve every problem! I cleaned up so I could stay and washed all the sheets! I couldn't solve my situation and I had to leave 4 days in advance because I have lung problems and the flat was very cold with rain and wind through the bedroom door

Had to drive to the centre of Glasgow to get the key for the property Got to property there was on street parking but it cost me £14 for 3 hours and I found out off of the owner afterwards the hotel where I got the key from should have offered me parking passes at £2 each so back into Glasgow. There were some stains on the walls and the front door was leaking oil or dirty water

you need to collect and return the keys from somewhere 15 minutes away on foot (might not be an issue if you have your own car). Also no free parking but you can get vouchers (6£ a day) from where you collect the keys.
