Beaucoup de lits, beaucoup d'espace, l'appartement était grand

L'ouverture et la fermeture de la porte d'entrée étaient approximatives. La douche n'était pas top. Les lits doubles étaient très petits. Une caution est demandée à l'arrivée et n'est rendue qu'une semaine après le départ (après une relance)

Staff unfriendly, almost like irritated to see you. Key not on site, have to go to their nearby hotel to pick up. You may have to be dragging luggage to pick keys. You pay damage deposit, which refund is not painless. The apartment was not cleaned properly. In short, customer service/support is poor.

Appartamento molto grande con ampio salotto e 4 letti matrimoniali. Bagno ristrutturato di recente. Posizione comoda per raggiungere la zona dell'università di Glasgow.

Appartamento vecchio e trasandato, tende e pareti macchiate. La cucina necessita di una pulizia profonda. Il parcheggio in strada è soltanto per i proprietari di relativo permesso che la struttura non ci ha fornito (al contrario di altre) per questo abbiamo pagato più volte 10£ per due ore di sosta. La porta più esterna si chiude con un lucchetto dall'esterno ed un chiavistello dall'interno in quanto priva di serratura.
