Gute Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Liebevoll eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht.

Leider extrem hellhörig. Man hört wirklich jeden Schritt aus der Wohnung oben drüber.

Escasez de enchufes y el aparcamiento resulta un poco complicado.

La struttura era molto bella, grande e soprattutto al centro del centro storico, con parcheggio incluso. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Inoltre i proprietari ci hanno fatto trovare una torta tipica e una bottiglia di vino di benvenuto. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

This apartment is in the perfect location for exploring the old town, right next to a variety of restaurants, close to the fort , water front , cable car and main bus station. There is a beautiful roof top terrace, the facilities in the apartment are fantastic. Our host was incredibly helpful and friendly, giving us tips and information and leaving treats for us when we arrived . The towels and bedding were cosy and of good quality.

Unfortunately, which can't be helped is, you can hear a lot of noise from the apartment above , so I would recommend ear plugs. For me the bed was a little too solid. There was a small leak in the bathroom. Overall , those small things did not impact my stay.

Good location

Would not return. The apartment seems okay at first sight, but is dated and a bit shabby- especially the bathroom which had a leaking sink and broken loo seat. The hot water for the shower lasts just a few minutes- not ideal for 2 of us. (On the final day it became apparent it runs off a gas canister, which had run out. Had we known this up front we could have swapped over to the new gas canister. But bizarrely we were not informed) There are no views from the windows, just looks out on to a concrete car park. The biggest issue however is the noise from the flat above. You can hear everything that’s going on late at night and often early in the morning. I didn’t get a single night’s good sleep. I can’t understand other reviewers not mentioning this. My partner had the same issue and she is normally very tolerant. (The building site next door also starts noisy work from about 7.30 am). We were only given one set of keys which is a bit limiting when 2 of you have different agendas. Finally, we sent 3 messages using both booking.com and WhatsApp to the owners for some information, and to point out the leaking bathroom sink, which went unanswered for 3 days. So we went to see them at their restaurant - but it was closed. The location is great but our experience was very poor. Would not return..
