The Beach House Apartment

Location was amazing, couldn't ask for a better place to explore the cute and bay. Free side of road parking.

Single beds were very squeaky when moving on during sleep.

The Location was fantastic, beautiful area and quiet.

Dirty and tired, the whole home was like stepping back to and living in the fifties, we don’t mind properties of a certain period that have been tastefully updated with period looking items, but you can’t not add some mod cons especially in the kitchen area, the kettle was black inside the tea strainer was also black, pots and pans were unclean, bathroom tile grout was also black, the wardrobe in the main bedroom had thick dust in the bottom of it, worktops so damp they were lifting from grime under it. Some of the towels were threadbare. One of the bedroom windows had a crack in it. Electric sockets were loose and almost coming off the wall, beds were very soft and spongy, even the white chair on the porch had so many big holes in it, it was unsafe to use. The wire to the iron was poorly repaired and dangerous. There was nothing to like Inside the property unfortunately, but has the potential to be a beautiful place to stay. Only wish I could add more photos to validate our experience.

We loved the ease of access and it was really quite roomy. Tidy, clean and amazing help from the owners when the heater didn’t work. Came straight around and fixed it. There were extra heaters for the bedrooms.

Aircon (heating) didn't work. Lots of light globes missing/not functioning.

Great location

The place was very run down. Bathroom and kitchen is very dated. Towels were very old and frayed. The place didn't feel clean, the drinking glasses were very dirty. No bar of soap in the bathroom, only body wash that smelled like a teenage boy. There was no blind on the front door which is glass so could see straight into the living area with no privacy especially at night. Very noisy along that road.

Beds was comfy and having my car in garage was a bonus
