Exceptional location, very close to the lift and all amenities. Adequately equipped kitchen and spacious room. The host has been very helpful. I had a nice stay at the apartment, which was a great value for money

Удобная локация, до подъемника пару минут пешком. Есть локер внизу для сноубордического и горнолыжного оборудования. Ключи получили на ресепшн. Хозяин вежливый, быстро отвечал на все вопросы. В квартире есть все необходимое. Спасибо 🤗❤️

Because we were not doing any winter sports / no skii or snowboard, we booked this place so that we were a close walk to the enclosed chair lifts for our mountain explorations. The location of this apartment is perfect! 2 minute walk out of the back door (behind reception desk) on a flat snowy path to the chairlifts, 2 minute walk out of the front door (opposite reception desk) on the road to the grocery store, a restaurant just downstairs if you don't want to leave the building, and a convenient elevator! The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, we cooked a simple dinner many times to save money. The host was very responsive for all our questions. For Gudauri prices, this was a great deal.

Every place has its flaws. This place was perfect for low cost and location. The issues were: the bed was not comfortable as the mattress was not very supportive and hurt our backs to sleep on, hopefully it can be updated soon. Also the plastic shower floor made cracking sounds every time getting in and out and sounded like it might break (but it didn't), also the shower water filled up within a few minutes so can't take too long showers.

Расположение отличное, недалеко от подъемников. Квартира чистая, свежая, большая. Есть кухня, плита, принадлежности, чайник, чай и кофе. Персонал на рецепшн отзывчивый, всегда помогут и посоветуют. В общем я всем доволен.

Great location, 3 minutes from the lift, apartment as advertised. The host was very friendly and helpful. No friction during check-in and check-out. A very good experience overall.
