1. The fact that it displayeed different amount of money and by the time payment is made, there is a lot for cleaning and taxes. Addition of more than 250k extra. That is unacceptable. Total package should be displayed so that nothing is hidden 2. There were 2 packed Dirty traches I met in from of my door and they stayed there for 4 days, smelling, that no cleaner came to pick after taking extra amount of money for cleaning 3. There was no sufficient Kitchen towel (Large kitchen tissues) for convenience in the kitchen 4. There was no proper description of the appliances in the house especially how to operate the electric cooker. It was a tug of war figuring it out 5. In this season of World Cup, the TV channels do not have any channel where live world Cup could be watched with the kind of money paid for the apartment 6. The bathroom does not have where soap holder and not comfortable to use bar soap for there is o where to keep it while using your hands 7. Checkout is usually 11.00am, but this apartment kept on sending pressing messages about 10.00am.and was ready to penalize at 10.15am, so I rushed my morning. Why is it's own checkout 10.00am? 8. There is no blender in the kitchen and it makes cooking cumbersome in the kitchen 9. The bed too is too small

Location, facilities, quiet, host extremely responsive

Shower hot water pressure a bit iffy but resolved by turning on sink hot water to get pump pressure working. Only thing missing from kitchen is a few roasting tins

The accommodation is exactly as pictured.

Upon arrival, we discovered that no bedding had been provided for the sofa bed. We contacted the hosts and bedsheets were not delivered until the following day and no duvet was ever provided. The sofa bed was also uncomfortable and should not be advertised as a suitable bed for guests. Additionally, the property had a noticeable smell of smoke throughout our stay.

Good guidance and instructions on how to use appliances in the apartment. Lots of TV channels. Very well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher etc but not much usable counter space. Bathroom provisions were good and plenty.

Lingering smell throughout the apartment when you enter (from previous tenants and cooking) . The smell stayed throughout the duration of my stay. Also a slightly dingy smell. Didn't feel safe in the apartment building especially as a single female occupant. I wouldn't stay there again for this main reason. Entrance to the building was not pleasant. Concrete tarmac type of staircase leading to the apartment. Dingy feel. Also a bicycle and old computer screen abandoned at the front door of the flat. Lack of of tumble dryer and/or clothes airer to dry clothes. Clothes took ages to dry even with the electric heaters on in the room. Ventilation fan above the induction hob had knobs/ switches on it coated in grease so I didn't use it. When they say deep clean they really should deep clean and not overlook these details. The cleaners are not given enough time to clean properly and then the property is probably not inspected to check it has been cleaned satisfactorily e.g knobs on fan etc. There should be a checklist. If inspected then the smell would have been obviously dealt with I hope! Difficult to stay in the apartment in the long term as it can be depressing and would not return or recommend to others. The photos on booking.com are misleading and unrealistic. The reviews do not reflect the true experience of the property. Water leak from ceiling above the toilet. All these things are known by the property management/ agency as others have highlighted same things but nothing has been done about it. Management do not appear to be bothered otherwise things would be improved. DO NOT book this if you are a lone female traveller.

The apartment was well equipped and comfortable.

On the 3rd floor with no lift and the intercom to open the door downstairs did not work (neither the bell nor the switch to open the door), so had to go 3 storeys down and up to let someone in. The stairs were dirty and smelly, and in front of the apartment door, on the 3rd floor, there was an old bicycle, an old computer screen, and an open rubbish bag with rubbish in it. One had to squeeze to get to the door.

It’s really very good, the kitchen is fully equipped. It’s really worth it, well located, market and shops nearby.

Boa localização. A entrada do prédio é um pouco estranha, mas o apartamento é bem equipado e confortável. Um ótimo custo para Glasgow. Super recomendo

This property should advertise the fact that it’s on the top floor of a tenement building with 6 sets of stairs. I’d had an injury just before my travel date and it was a real struggle for me. There was also no parking. There is street parking and you need to move the car every 3 hours.

On the top floor with no lifts; no parking and also I had water dripping on me in the bathroom from the ceiling a few times.
