Lokalizacja na plus, duży przestrzenny salon, sypialnia z wiatrakiem- duży plus w upalne dni.

Apartament powoli wymaga renowacji. Ruszający się parkiet, mocno zużyte meble w łazience. Wybrakowane wyposażenie kuchni. Bardzo głośno ze względu na położenie przy samej ulicy, słychać bardzo przejeżdżające tramwaje.
