Bridge Apartments

The location is fantastic. When we had a question the owner was quick to respond.

We had problem with the heating system because it didn’t work. It wouldn’t have been a problem if it wasn’t under 10 celsius outside. We also had only 2 blankets for 3 people. We’re childhood friends traveling together so we worked it out but still it would have been more comfortable with three blankets.

Adam, the host was very friendly & keen to make us feel welcome. The property was clean & furnished to a modern standard with everything we needed if we wanted to make a snack whilst there. It was comfortable & close to city restaurants, bars & transport links.

Although not a problem, the high top bed was a little difficult for us to access safely, so we simply opened up the sofa bed.

The location was great. Walking distance to town and the Main Square.

The apartment was outdated with a few faults and it wasn't properly cleaned prior to our arrival. There was no aircon so we asked the host for some fans. The apartment was very hot with temperature between 27C-30C. It took the host 3 days to deliver a fan and he didn't even bother to bring the fan upstairs so I had to carry it from his car to the apartment myself. I found him unprofessional and not very nice to deal with.

I made a reservation on behalf of my parents that stayed in Cracow for a week. On the positive side, aparment in itself is big and the location is ideal.

1. Apartment was advertised as having a view to the river. There was NO SUCH view to the river. Not even a side view or eve n a faint glimpse of a view. This is really unfair since I paid a premium price (considering Cracow market-I am a permanent resident here for the past 10 years) but there was no view or whatsoever. 2. Half of the light bulbs in the apartment were not working. Not sure if it was for economy reasons or they just needed replacement but in any case it was an annoying factor. 3. When entering the apartment there were still garbage in the rubbish bins from previous tenants (or from cleaning lady perhaps?) 4. Bedroom: Extremely small and in order to get into bed you actually had to firstly sit at the bottom of it and then crawl your way upwards since the bed was fitting itself exactly to the sides of the bedroom walls. That was something particularly challenging for my 73 year old parents. 5. Shower: Hot water in the shower was getting cold quickly and then you have to wait quite a long time for it to get warm again.

location is really good! staff was helpful when i need a help, so it is absolutelly recommended!

Maybe it is better choice if you travel without children.

it is height ceil, warm - with climate control, good location. Easy checkin. I want to come back again)

the hose in the shower is leaking, and 50% of the hot water just flows out through it. because of this, there is barely enough water for one person.

I liked the location. Everything is very close and accessible.
