Trained pets welcome on request. Cats not allowed. Guest need to inform us in advance that they need to bring the pets. £25 per night charge directly payable to us. Pets not allowed on soft furnishings or beds & Sofas. Extra bed lining for the sofa bed and spare bed is chargeable. For security reasons valid Photo ID required before or on the day of arrival to ensure we are not taking any guests that are minor. IDs will later be deleted and will not be stored once you have checked out from our apartment. Thank you for your understanding.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "The landlord basically ruined it."

The location was great, Apartment was nice.

WORST landlord possible. Never met with us, sent us countless unnecessary massages through WhatsApp, and was EXTREMELY unpleasant, rude and not trustworthy. NEVER do business with this guy. The parking is not guaranteed, it depends on free space which isn't always available. . The apartment wasn't very clean overall.

Good room sizes. Great location

bed was a little on the small side and a bit soft for my liking a lift would have been helpful given the second floor location of the property

I liked the location of the place. It was easy to find and very close to center, train station, university of strathclyde and all. It was a cosy stay. We enjoyed relaxing there after a busy day

The check in time did not work for us. We had an early flight and needed to rest before starting a busy conference. Fortunately our host tried to meet us earlier to help with the luggage at least. The check out is really easy however.
