Everything...exceptionally clean, cleaner than any hotel I've ever stayed in. Excellent location, away from town but not too far. And walking distance to Cicada Market which we really enjoyed. Beds were very comfortable, all amenities in working order, pool was very nice. Weather was perfect, very windy and cold too at certain times. Restaurants, convenience stores and massage centres all within walking distance. We were so comfortable there that we decided not to go anywhere else for sightseeing but just stay in and relax.

Nothing...but just a small comment for improvement. We would have liked some hooks in the master bedroom bathroom as we couldn't find a place to hang our towels except for the small bar above the toilet.

It was clean, and it was okay once we got inside.

Pretty much everything. Bookings does not tell you this is a condo hotel, neither does the front desk. Front desk refuses to help you if you rent a condo through any website like bookings. They only help the hotel guests. But no one tells you this. We have a very hard time finding over the room. Then we had an extremely hard time in through the Wi-Fi door. It took me about 20 minutes to figure it out, and my girlfriend was actually locked inside for a while because she had so much trouble. The staff is extremely rude, and treat you like you are dirt. The Wi-Fi didn't work, and of course the front desk will not help you. They tell you to contact bookings, who they think is the owner. But of course bookings is not the owner. The room was not cleaned. Finally after I complain through bookings.com, the actual owner contacted me. I told him everything and come to find there are people on site that do work for the condo owners. Only then was the room cleaned, and the Wi-Fi was fixed. This was a miserable experience, be forewarned.

Nice and cozy condo. I love the lobby and outside around the pool area. room is fabulous nice and clean with 2 baths and 2 bedrooms. location is very good especially on the weekend, it have markets close by the condo which is walking distance.

We are disappointed beyond measure. Attracted by the extremely "superb” reviews, we booked the apartment 501. The cleanliness we found was a disaster. In the closet and in the bed drawers were old and used towels. The floor was not wiped clean, in the bathrooms and in the beds we found hair, even directly under the bedspread. Which means that the bed linen is apparently not freshly washed and changed. The host sent a cleaning person that did not clean properly. Only at the 2nd try one day later the cleaning team cleaned up. It was really disgusting.
