the room - was great, just what we were after. all mod cons, very clean and comfortable the shower was a bit of a let down but no big deal as everything else made up for it

clean and close to the beach

This is a very modern, spotlessly clean apartment. The area is out of town (10/15 min Tuk Tuk or taxi ride to town) but a really nice area. The beach is a 5 min walk and is one of the best parts of Hua Hin beach. The Cicada and Tamarind markets are at the end of the road but are only open weekends. There are maybe 10 restaurants within a short walk plus a small supermarket, a laundry, a few massage places, and a few bars. There is the Seashore beach club 5 mins walk, which is great if you want comfortable sun beds and good food. There are a few things I wish I had known before booking:- 1. The terrace is very, very small. There is just enough room for a small table and two small chairs. It overlooks the side street and resort opposite, which is not an unpleasant view but overall, not really conducive to spending evenings on the terrace.  2. The pool is lovely, although there are very few sunbeds. When we were there, it was very busy, noisy with families, and impossible to get a sun bed.  I have rated the apartment as very good, 8 out of 10, as I believe the owner has done everything possible to make it as good as it can be. Nicely furnished, well equipped, and extremely clean. However, for the 2 reasons above, we would not return. 

Situated near Cicada market. easy to get Song teows to the night market.

I didn't realise we had to request for cleaning. Also asked them to refill the soap despensers and they brought us shampoo. Just the time of year, but the pool was very cold.

Apartment very spacious well maintained, very clean . Will use again. Close to weekend market.

Pool area , seating could be an issue. Plenty in the shade not so many if you wish to sunbathe but time of year early January may have played a factor in where the sun is and for how long.

The apartment overall looks nice and pleasant

Missing few things, there was an empty bottle of soap, blocked drainage in the second bathroom, one of the aircon remotes had no battery, etc.

Apartment was clean and new. The property was very well maintained in general.

Beautiful pool and lobby. Room was very nice. Check in and out was easy. They let us store our bags for the day after Check out. Very appreciated so we could tour the area before our ride came at 3pm. Located close to two excellent weekend markets. Excellent!!
