Spacious. It is a 2 bedrooms 2 bath and a decent sized living room/kitchen. Kitchen is well equipped. Ice cold A/C in every room. No clogged or leaked toilets, water heater works well in the shower. Everything works. It is a corner unit so the main bedroom has two glass window for a panoramic view. It also has a small balcony off the living room/kitchen area. The pool in the building was nice with an awesome view. The young lady who waited on us to hand the keys was very pleasant too.

Didn’t ask about parking to host, I probably should because she may be able to help. But parking in the area will cost you a lot of money. There were a few gates in the area as you are leaving for example and somehow you have to pay each time even though you were still in the same parking area. Parking is charged by the hour. Furniture, decor, bedding and towels in the apartment is quite dated so don’t expect a luxury hotel touch.

The view was great, the room spacious with complete facilities and amenities inside the room.

There's a lot of bugs (baby cockroaches) all over the unit (from the living room, bedroom, inside the toilet, and inside the fridge). And it appears everyday even after spraying some with bug repellent spray.

Location and good host communications.

Though not dirty, it could do with more attentive cleaning, (fingermarks, handles, shower) redecorating and replacing some worn furniture.

Nearby shopping mall make it very convenient for us to buy things and get meals.

Check out time at 11am is a bit too early.

Lots of cockroaches, The whole room has camphor smell. Lights are not bright enough. No toothbrush.
