"nice view"

good view as it is at 35th floor, the unit is at the corner of north-east so can see north and east

if it facing west will be very good to see sunset.

"over all fine, but annoying by german cockroach and camera regulation"

B'fast can buy at downstair at some location its fine. but unfortunetely mall tenant were below my expectation as strong point of as part of apartement

as prestigious apartement should can manage pest control to keep property hygiene, lots of german cockroach inside the apartement really disappointed us. Also its quite strange we can not took picture with camera at swim pool for our own memories with amazing views to the ocea, where mention by security that is property regulation, except using handphone, we are just a member who stay at apartement not a pro who will use property for business
