"Top Appartement mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern"

Komplett eingerichtetes Appartement, gute Ausstattung, alles funktionell und durchdacht. Großes Bad.

Der Kühlschrank war zu gut, nach 24 Stunden waren alle Lebensmittel durchgefroren, inkl. 2 Flaschen alkoholfreies Bier (und nein, nicht im Tiefkühlfach). Am Morgen des zweiten Tages gab es kein warmes Wasser und somit war duschen sehr unbehaglich.

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Jülich"

Einchecken war sehr persönlich und freundlich; Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Apartment war sehr sauber; sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Managerin wartete bei unserer Ankunft draußen auf dem Parkplatz, um die elektrische Schranke zur Einfahrt zu öffnen und führte uns dann zum Apartment.

Freitags während der Vorlesungszeit kann es durch ein angrenzendes Studentenwohnheim zu Lärmbelästigungen kommen. Die Verwaltung von DAS Jülich kann keinen Einfluss darauf nehmen, da sich das Wohnheim nicht auf dem gleichen Grundstück befindet.

Gute Ausstattung, nettes Personal, alles reibungslos geklappt

Die Grundtemperatur des Zimmers war mit ca.30 Grad im August sehr hoch, das Bad noch wärmer. selbst bei tagsüber 25 Grad bei Abwesenheit und Fenster direkt neben dem Hauseingang nicht runterzukühlen. Nachts durch die Lage auch nur schwer. Ventilator wurde gestellt und sonst war alles top. Außerhalb der Sommermonate sicher perfekt
