"Fantastisch appartement slechte service"

De luxe en geboden kwaliteit van het appartement.

Slechte communicatie met de “receptie” Ik moest vooraf bellen om onze aankomsttijd door te geven. Eenmaal ter plaatste moesten we ons nog eens telefonisch melden zodat de receptioniste ons kon ontvangen. Helaas verliep dit erg stroef. Bereikbaarheid was erg moeizaam. Na 9x het bericht dat het telefoonnummer niet bereikbaar was werd er toch opgenomen en konden we afspreken. Dat is ‘‘s avonds om 21:00u niet erg prettig. Ook waren we niet zeker dat we op de juiste beland waren omdat er geen enkel aanwijzing was dat we voor de locatie stonden.
