Comfort Apartment 22

Situated in the old town about 15 mins walk form the station. Large studio flat with kitchen - not very modern - but fine for me.

The shower was good but the drainage was blocked and the water took time to go dwn

+ The location is awesome + The facilities were in place, everything according to the description and even beyond expectations + Everything inside is perfect, very clean and new

- Communication: It was hard to communicate with the host's team, they have never answered back in booking to my requests after we have checked in - Lack of information about self-service: We stayed on this property for the first time, and were informed that we have to do room cleaning too soon to the checkout time. It is Ok to do self-room-service, however, it needs to be in the description, so that people could plan their time. - Glass step in the room, which is a design solution that may be dangerous for elderly people or children

Apartment is very big with everything you need to call it a home from home.

Bathroom could of been a bit cleaner but rest of apartment was clean

The bedding wasn't clean, no clean towels, the whole apartment was dirty and cold. The owner wasn't pleasant, was rude, lying , promised to give me a discount, and never happened. I didn't feel secure, I had all my stuff closed in my suitcase because he told me that anyone could have a copy from the keys . The outside two doors were open nearly all day .

Great Location Comfy

Amazing location, great accommodation, lot of equipment ready for use in the apartment, quiet place, nice interior, lot of space for personal things / clothes, big kitchen part, comfy bed and couch, would recommend and will use it again in the future.

The apartment is not flat, there is one big step between kitchen main part and other two steps between the main part and door to bathroom. This should be mentioned in the description and shown on the photos. It's not a big deal, but can be problematic for some people. Also bathroom can use some extra deep cleanup (it wasn't dirty, just need some bigger clean up from time to time).
