Comfort Apartment 22

The location

The owner open our door at 10 am when it was the check out and I was just preparing my luggage for leaving but that was super unrespecfull. Later I request and invoice and he don't send me nothing. He also was sending me the info in Slovak and I requested the info in English and he was reluctant to send me the info in English, he even writes all the time in Slovak. Pity place

1- perfect location 2- close to everywhere,m even train station. 2- there was so many kitchen equipments including coffee machine, microwave, washing machine etc. and safe place. 3-They raised up the heat for us. 4- even you can find tea, coffee, oil, salt, sugar etc.

There is couple things we want to say. but this things can be improved. We really enjoy staying at there. 1- Dirty and old sheets & towels. It was smelling bad. We used other “clean” sheets too but it wasn’t clean at all. 2- With that Location and opportunities it should be cleaner. WC and bath wasn’t clean. 3-They put shower gel, shampoo and hand soap all in one shampoo bottle. we thought someone forget their shampoo. 4-There was weird noise at night. We couldn’t sleep at some point. I think it’s coming from another room. 5- One of the things on the window to prevent sunlight was ripped of so the light came through. There was no slippers so don’t forget to bring it. because we forget.

The apartment is spacious, in the heart of the city. There was coffee.

Quite expensive for one night for two people.
