"Point de chute idéal"

Tout était parfait dès les parties communes magnifiques, l'appartement spacieux (hauteur sous plafond incroyable) et bien décoré (belles prestations), le calme (le tramway passe au pied de l'immeuble mais aucun bruit côté chambres qui donnent sur la cours intérieure), l'emplacement (à 2 pas du centre historique). Je recommande à 100%!

Seul petit bémol : absence de stores occultants dans une des chambres et simple voilage > réveillés par le jour dès 5h30)
