Relaks Apartamenty

The property was about a 10 minute walk to the Old Town. It was exceptionally clean, felt very safe & the host was wonderful. There was everything we needed for a 4 night stay.

My step-son slept in the front room & it was very light (street lamp) so people might want to take an eye mask or perhaps blackout curtains could be an option.

Me faltó una cafetera algo mejor (capsulas) y una tostadora. La cama un poco incomoda para nuestro gusto

Very clean and spacious apartment in perfect location with all the amenities you could want. Iza went above and beyond to welcome us to Krakow and make sure we had a wonderful holiday. 10/10 experience, would definitely stay here again if visiting and recommend to friends/family.

Een fantastisch appartement (incl. heerlijke bedden) op een hele goede locatie. Een gezellig koffie-/ontbijt-/lunchtentje in de binnentuin. En host Paulina is enorm behulpzaam en lief. Wij komen zeker terug!

above an exceptionally good cafe serving hot drinks, good food and wonderful cakes. Quiet location, interesting art on walls and details such as cut flowers, seasonal flower displays were wonderful and scented the whole building. The finishes and decor were exceptionally good, clean, functional and stylish. The room was fabulous and decorated like the rest of the building, stylish, clean and spacious. The only downside being it was a little warm to sleep at night, despite trying to turn the heating down. We ended up opening a window which was noisy with the excellent tram line running late into the night. Bakery across the road was wonderful, baked bread and pastries on site and brilliant value for money. Paulina, our host, was there when we needed her, discreet and communicated swiftly and efficiently. Really impressed with the venue, considering the non stop rain during the weekend, it made the trip comfortable and a great place to rest and recuperate. We would stay her again and highly recommend.

Apartments did not pick up with tour operators options, we missed a tour due to not knowing where a tour pick up point was. Assumed this was a new option and not yet on tour operators list of options, which was frustrating.

Apartment was immaculately clean, all the facilities you could need, great location around 5 mins walk to the main square. Brilliant communication from booking to check out. Would definitely recommend.
