Location was pretty good. Walkable almost everywhere especially in the old town.

Considering the price, which is over 350€ per night this accommodation was very underwhelming. We went as a 4 person family (all adults) and it was quite uncomfortable. First of all the extra bed which is extendable sofa was extremely firm on one side and on the other side it had a huge bump which felt like sleeping on a rock or in a hole. The extra bed did not have the covers on so we had to put them on ourselves. The place was not properly cleaned and even the washing machine was filled with dishes from the guests before. It also did not have AC and the place was super hot… there was a fan but unlucky for us, it wasn’t working. The bathroom looked good at the first glance but the handle on the shower door was broken and it had some mold in the corners. So overall it was definitely not catastrophic for our two night stay, but for the really steep price it was very bad.

Минус,то что номер может достаться на верхнем этаже,с чемоданами и детьми крайне неудобно Номер требует косметического ремонта,если уж такие деньги за проживание Стоит немедленно заменить подушки,это просто ужас Постельное износилось,стоит заменить В целом все хорошо было бы,если б не эти моменты Оплата не маленькая,но увидев подушки и постельное Было желание съехать Не было мыльных принадлежностей Полотенец для рук и для лица

Bardzo czysto , bardzo dobra lokalizacja tuż obok dworca , blisko do różnych punktów gastro , do galerii krakowskiej . Do centrum krótki spacerek . W apartamencie jest wszystko co potrzeba . Cicha okolica ,mieszkanie kameralne , przytulne ,na poddaszu,ale klima działa świetnie , więc nie było problemu w upalne dni . Bardzo polecam to miejsce 🙂

God placement , but that’s it .

Mold in the shower , dirty destroyed soap dispenser. Water damage on the wash . Marks on almost every wall . Dirty roof . When trying to tell the owners just got called a lier.

Good location and easy to get inside. It was also good value for money once booked the day before.

Overall, the furniture is quite used now and lots of permanent stains. But nothing critical

Just a short walk from both the Main Train Station and the Bus Station, which made getting around incredibly convenient.

There were a few things that could be improved. I received two sets of instructions from the host with door codes—one the day before and another just before arrival. Unfortunately, the second message included the wrong door code for the main building, which caused some confusion. It would be helpful to ensure that guests receive one clear and accurate set of instructions ahead of time. The apartment itself was clean and functional, but I found the single thin pillow provided a bit uncomfortable. Having a second pillow available, as is standard in many other accommodations, would be a nice touch. Also, basic toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel would be a helpful addition. One major design issue was the placement of the washing machine in the bathroom, which made using the toilet quite awkward. The space between the toilet bowl, washing machine, and wash basin was very tight, and could be especially difficult for an average-sized adult.
