Apartamenty Bosacka WAWELOFTS

The property location is excellent, especially close to train and bus station as well as shopping facilities, restaurant almost next door, small supermarket. Left luggage available in station - really convenient. Easy walk to the Old Town. Directions good. The apartment was comfortable. Communication was good.

Unfortunately no toiletries were provided (just hand soap) despite Booking.com description clearly stating that free toiletries were included. We had travelled light (Ryan Air!) and didn’t bring them with us so this was really inconvenient. Contacted hosts but no joy. Fridge door was broken - very hard to open. Bathroom was lovely except actual shower was dirty/mouldy and not in a good state.

Amazing Host, answers questions very fast and check-in process is straightforward! Other than that amazing apartment and place to stay highly recommend!

The apartment was amazing, the only thing I would like to see changed is the oven as it is a bit old and the sink is a small bit loose!

The apartment was next to the bus and train station and it was close to city center. Our bedroom and bathroom were spacious. The intructions to enter the building were also clear. The kitchen was big enough to cook (if you want haha).

Although there was a bathtub, the shower of it did not have a hook for the showerhead. Therefore one hand was always occupied. The bed was made out of two single person beds next to each other.

I booked more nights by mistake and wrote about that straightaway. They charged me 6 nights. Didn’t even stay there . Management is awful

The location and the apartment itself, everything is very convenient.
