Nice location near the old part of town. Cheap grocery store nearby. Cafes nearby. Tram station nearby. We got apartment #12 with 2 separate bedrooms and a small kitchen. Seemed like a safe building and whole area.

Płatny parking pod obiektem.

El alojamiento está bien, pero nos cobraron 100zlt por llegar por la noche. Pensábamos que sería porque estaría una persona esperando para darnos las llaves, pero lo que nos encontramos es que las llaves estaban en unas taquillas con código. Nos exigieron al día siguiente que dejásemos ahí los 100zlt por haber llegado tarde. Os recomiendo que no informéis si vais a llegar más tarde. Nadie estará ahí para saberlo y os obligarán a pagar por nada.

Tener que pagar por coger la llave de la taquilla "tarde". No me importa pagar si alguien espera, pero en este caso no tiene sentido. No informéis si vais a llegar tarde, no habrá nadie allí para saberlo. No hay servicio de habitaciones

I got confirmation email with access code to my room key and they took out full fees when I booked this apartment. However, due to my flight delay we arrived at 1am . They said check-in is untill midnight, so they removed my access code to the room key . I tried to ring him until 2am but no answer. I tried booking. Com but no one available to answer. Only my credit card company was answering to me. The owner just abandoned me and my 2 kids on the street in the middle of night at -1dgree. I tried few other places to check-in but they all said check-in is from 2pm next day so no one was accepting us... we got stranded and became homeless in the middle of freezing night of the first time Poland. The owner answered my email through bookings.com next morning and we were so tired and cold so we check-in that afternoon after 3pm. FYI Check-in is 3pm-12am. This is completely ridiculous, once they charged me and gave me contactless check-in, why is there curfew? How I try to give them message during flights and busy airport when in the long cue of immigration and trying to get a transport! It was just unforgettable, the worst experience of my entire life that I never want to come across again.

La ubicación

La ubicación es buena, pero la limpieza no fue adecuada, especialmente debajo de las camas. Los colchones, en particular el sofá cama, necesitan cambio: está hundido y fue muy incómodo, al punto de causar dolor de espalda. El acceso por escaleras también dificulta la estadía con maletas o personas mayores.
