Location is excellent, literally next to the supermarket SPAR and Mr Michael is super helpful during my whole trip . He assisted me with my request all the time and showing me around ,share information regarding Gudauri. Even when I finished my stay he also helped me to store my luggage. Thanks for his great hospitality I have enjoyed my stay.

The sound proof was not so good.

Great location. You have to find your parking spot. It may prove difficult the weekends. No coffee maker as advertised even though minor for us. No wifi the first day. They brought a router latter. Friendly staff. Be aware that weather conditions may keep you there longer than expected. We were unable to visit Kazbegi but also return to Tbilisi. We would recommend it for a small familly

The only problem was lack of fresh air because there was only one roof window which was locked due to cold weather. The rest was well, it’s ski in/out.

It was a very enjoyable experience during our stay there. The place is very convenient since its very close to gondola, ski lifts and supermarket. And as the host, michael was very helpfull and very responsive which at the end, adding extra points staying at the property. Though wanted to put some notes on the warm water availability sometimes during evening time, however this is not a show stopper for us to enjoy the place.

Michael is great guy, help us with everything we do. I'm very recommend this room is big with 4 beds. Thank you
