NEO Skyview Suites

The apartment is in the center of the new Guadauri. We were given room in Block 2

The room had a partial window view and the head struck several times to the room inclined pillar. Room change requests not entertained. The toilet commode is with a wall which makes sitting uncomfortable as the body touches continuously. The room internet was pathetic and despite showing wifi connected, the internet was not working on any of our devices. Heating is not going to the upper bed space.

Nice room for the price. Ruslan and Misha are very nice and helpful. The location was very good I highly recommend them

Hospitality of staff Location

Location was great. Shower was good. Bed was comfortable.

TV didn't work, elevator was broken 4 times during stay and room is on 4th floor. Only one small window in ceiling that can't be opened when covered with snow. The mountain view can only be seen while standing on stairs half way up to bedroom. Room is too hot to sleep comfortably even with heaters turned off. TV also placed on wall where it can only be viewed while laying on one of the twin beds.

The location was good because all the activities were taking place nearby. The room was clean and spacious. The person who handed over the keys was always available.

More toiletries would be great to have. There is a SPAR right opposite to the property, but having daily use things inside the apartment is always useful.
