The apartment was clean. We felt safe. It was large and very comfortable. It was like a home away from home. decorated very nicely. I highly recommend it. you won't be disappointed. I myself will definitely book again when we're in Houston.

Hallways outside apartment were dirty and smelly (at times), towels were damp, floor didn’t appear clean - was sticky in one spot, couch was very uncomfortable, no sheet on bed other than the fitted sheet

I loved having a kitchen and 2 rooms instead of just a hotel room. The apartment was very clean and very nice. I wish it had been closer to George R Brown Convention Center but it worked out. When we arrived, we used a wagon to carry things inside. We didn't realize we had 4 steps to go down. Just as we got to the steps, a gentleman was leaving. He stopped and carried our wagon down the stairs!

We had a small problem with ants in the kitchen. We had to make sure to completely wipe the counters after every use to keep ants from visiting us. The beds only had a bottom sheet and a spread. I did not like not having a top sheet. I didn't feel like the spread was clean enough to use. Luckily I had my own quilt to use instead of the spread. I also had my own pillow. The bathroom had a huge deep tub which was very hard to get in and out of without any grab bars.

The apartment itself was very nice and mostly what we needed

Firstly the check in is overly complicated. We thought it was just us but we see lots of people having trouble checking in. The building is like a maze and lack of signage. A few signs to help find your apartment or the garage would help a lot. The pool and hot tub were really cold that we couldn’t use them The rooms have a blind but the top window doesn’t. There was a spotlight outside the room so it was light all night. The people above were extremely loud. Banging on the ceiling mostly all the time meaning that we couldn’t get a decent nights rest.
