Location was close and easily accessible to the medical center. It was easy to quickly drive to the medical center and back while my husband was having surgery. Access to the key was confusing and I noticed others having problems as well. Once I realized I could use my booking.com confirmation number for access I had no problem. We were not able to get into the building via the door suggested because the key fob reader wasn't working. We accessed using a different door. Not the fault of the host but something to note. I slept well and the apartment was clean. There were ample parking spaces on the upper levels. I'm not sure about complaints in other reviews regarding washing bedding before leaving. We were only asked to strip the beds and place them in front of the washing machine. FYI, there are 2 steps in the hallway to get to the apartment. Something to note if using a walker or wheelchair. Nightly rate was reasonable, but if only staying one night, the cleaning fee makes it less so.

The property was nice and looked just like the pictures! Parking was simple and easy. Location was close to mostly everything. About 20 minutes apart. The owner was very accommodating, hospital, and always available anytime I had questions! The owner was always willing to help and provided great instructions for checking in and out of our stay! We had no issues. When in Houston, I won’t hesitate to book here again.
