There was someone waiting to give us the key and althought we were running late, they were very patient

The one shower didn't have hot water so we ended up sharing one shower

Location, the amenities in the complex

Room was tired, needs updating the floor was lifting up, beds were hard as a rock, one of the toilets needs replacing, system didn't flush correctly. Showers had average hot water which kept cutting in and out.
