Downtown Larnaca

Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back next summer.Brani and Maria were very prompt and kind.

The only thing that would be nice and cheap to change would be the ironing board which was a tiny one on which it was impossible to iron dresses.

Good place in the city - few min walking to center of Larnaca! Nice flat. We had a good balcony. All you need for a short stay!

The windows have no blinds and there was a light outside switching on/off non every 30seconds. Also the AC has no "sleep" mode/LED off.

Location of the apartment is perfect, close to the Finikoudes beach, promenade, shops, bakeries, restaurants. There is a parking lot in front of the building. The apartment is on the first floor with a big terrasse. In the apartment there was everything you need and even more like beach towels, wash machine, irony,... The apartment is big (dining room, bedroom & bathroom) and clean. Air-condition was working perfectly well. The owner gave us a bottle of welcome vine. Wi-fi was excellent. I'd definitely book this apartment again.

Maria had explained everything beforehand. We met on time and everything went perfectly. The property exceeded my expectations. The bed was super comfortable and all the linen was smelling amazing! 100% recommended and would stay again. Thanks Maria for everything.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain.

We loved the apartment in Larnaca and its close proximity to finikoupides (serviced) beach and the restaurants, bars and shops. The terrace was an added bonus which complemented the apartment. We had sun most days and used the terrace all the time. Maria our host had ensured all the little home comforts were in the apartment and was always contactable and very kind and helpful. We would definitely visit again. Thank you Maria for a fabulous stay.

Nothing

We only stayed for a couple of nights, at the end of our trip to Cyprus. The apartment is bright & sunny, very conveniently located - the bus stop to the airport is a few minutes walk as well as the waterfront walkway. The bed was extremely comfortable (memory foam?), I'd give it a 10/10. I loved the balcony and as we had already toured Larnaca, I spent much of our limited time relaxing there. The hosts are very friendly and communication was a breeze.

The only downside we saw is that the couch has signs of wear. My husband likes to sit with his legs stretched out, he told me to try it and you land lower than you think you will. It's obvious most guests sit in the same spot. He had to slide toward the side to not feel like he was in a hole.

Very clean, very good location, we found everything what is needed, even such nice little things as kitchen towels. Fully ready for for strange quests (as I was) who want to sleep on sofa bed :) Nice balcony.

For sure this apartment will become even better after construction works nearby will be completed (if ever). But on these morning sounds I cannot blame property :)
