Downtown Larnaca

Big 10 from me. The location is amazing, central, few minutes from the main promenade. Hosts, Maria and Brani are extremely nice, apartment is well equipped, I was surprised that they thought even about small things that can be helpful - they even bought EU/UK plug adapters. Checkin and checkout were super easy and organised. The apartment is clean and cosy, and the terrace is amazing!

The hosts are incredibly friendly. The flat is clean, modern and welcoming. There were more than enough blankets and towels provided for us. There is a little balcony to have breakfast in or enjoy the sun.

For me personally, there is nothing to improve. I am however, a very deep sleeper. One of my friends said you could hear the neighbours upstairs until almost 1-2am and it made it difficult for her to sleep. However, like I said, personally I heard nothing, so if you are a deep sleeper, you will be fine!

The apartment was very close to the center, there is a small shop on the same street, but everything you need can be found there. 4 minutes on foot to nice rooftop bar. The apartments are spacious and have everything you need. All tools and utensils are left for cooking

The only downside is that the water had to be heated with a boiler, so you had to get up half an hour earlier to take a shower in the morning. The apartment was more gloomy than shown in the photos, but that may be because we traveled in winter

Location is great, it was very clean and host is very responsive and helpfull. I recommend.

Maria the host was so nice and friendly, even saved us a good parking space right outside of the apartment. The apartment itself was lovely and clean and has everything you could need. Location is perfect, walking distance to the old town/habour of Larnaca and all the bars and restaurants. Overall great value for money and would definitely stay again.

Maria the owner- lovely person,very helpful!❤️ The flat was spotless,full equipped. We asked for potty for our little daughter and Maria bought it for us. Everything was perfect!we highly recommend Maria’s flat for staying in Larnaca.

Maria is an incredible host, very friendly and contactable, she has made all effort to facilitate our stay in sunny Larnaca. Her beautiful apartment is located in a very convenient place, short walk to the marina and beaches in Larnaca, there is also a mini market/grocery store nearby. The apartment itself was very tidy and equipped with all facilities such as kitchen, air co, washing machine, etc so that you can really feel like at home during your stay there. I highly recommend Downtown Larnaca to people staying in that city.

Maria met me, and kindly explained to me everything I needed to know about the apartment and the nearby area. The apartment was super clear, organized, and cozy and I'll definitely come back to stay there!

everything was just perfect!!! clean, organized, very nice salon, bedroom, kitchen, and overall I am very happy with my choice to stay there. it is in the center so everything is close to the apartment.
