The silence holiday apartment

The view from the balcony is incredible. The photos don't do it justice! The apartment was immaculately clean! I mean absolutely spotless! There was free parking on the premises too. There is a local beach 800 metres away and we enjoyed playing there everyday! Its wonderful to swim in the lake and a fantastic temperature too! The apartment is approximately a 15-20 minute drive to Bellagio. Even during summer peak season, we easily found parking in Bellagio every night after 8pm (it's also free from this time too!). Would genuinely stay again and thought the location was excellent. I will advise that a car is really ideal, although there is a bus that travels along the circular road and takes you to Como or Bellagio, we didn't take it and it often looked full.

The location and view are very good. The space inside the apartment is good. It is clean and organised. The owners gave us very good tips on how to reach the important locations that were very useful.

The apartment and the terras.are facing waste, the terras is not shaded. Therefore, during the summer, it is impossible to enjoy the terrace and the lack view between 12pm and the sunset. Also the living room is very hot because simply the apartment is not equipped by AC or even normal fan. At night, we were unlucky that it was very hot during our summer stay (temp duringnthe day was +34°) and humid, if we open the windows Musquito eat us, becausebtherebis no net on the windows, and if we close it we can't sleep because of the humidity!!! 2nd, our booking was 4 nights as a family of 4, the owner provided us with one set of towels each. We asked in the 3rd day to have clean towels they did not provide for free. They argued with us a lot, and then in the last day, they informed us that we did not ask in advance. So ask them in advance to replace the twoes every 2 days because simply everyone does it for free. 3rd, our friends caming from Germany and passed in the morning for 1 hour, but the owner came suddenly and asked, in a loud voice and very agreesive style, them to immediately depart. As per her, it is not allowed to have guests, but when I asked her to show me these conditions in my booking then she referred to a printed condition that she put near the TV. her voice and body language were very aggressive. However, after a long conversation, she agreed for 1 hour max, but our day was rounded due to this start. 4th, upon check out, the owner was waiting for us exactly at 10am. She was not welcoming at the same style and level when we checked in. I was not able to understand whether she was angry from the day before when she saw my guest or that she is just normal.!!!!

The house is in good location and very easy accesable.

The house facilities are very old faction. The house was smalling and the beds not comfortable at all.

Very spacious rooms, living area and balcony. Reasonable walk to local village and restaurants.

Sheets were clean, but blankets were not cleaned from previous guests and covered in makeup and whatever else, unfortunately the hosts wouldn't clean/replace them over the 5 days I was there.
