Molto vicino al centro, ma anche per raggiungere il porto. Dentro è moderno. Climatizzazione molto gradita :)

Das Apartment ist zentral gelegen. Unser Aufenthalt in Livorno war sehr schön. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Cafés, Bars und Restaurants.

Das Bett quitscht bei jeder Bewegung.

Zona centrale, appartamento nuovo e moderno con condizionatore. Disponibilità dei proprietari nel concedere il check-in anticipato. Cordialità e gentilezza degli host.

Suggeriamo un phon più potente ed uno specchio in camera.

It’s very simple but pleasant. We only stayed for 1 night. Good air conditioning in kitchen sitting area. Fridge and kitchen area was good. The place was clean and it had a good shower. The host was helpful and responded well to text messages, even though we didn’t meet him. Nice bistro downstairs with great cocktails.

It was very bare. Needs a bit more decoration or furniture to make it feel more comfortable with a few more pictures on the walls. The bed and pillows could have been a bit more quality as well. The air-conditioning was in the sitting area, not in the bedroom so it was pretty hot for sleeping. I booked because it was one minute from the port but as it turned out, it was four or 5 km and a taxi ride from the Sinia boat. It cost us €25 so probably would’ve been better for us to stay in the centre of town.

Good location, overall okay for a 1 night sleepover.

Water pipes are old and leave black particles in the water. Dish sponge and dishes were dirty - not cleaned properly. Bed was not very comfortable. It’s visible that the apartment is designed only for sleepovers, not for practical living.

The location is pretty central. The instructions for check-in were clear and the communication was good.

The location does not have central heat installation. There is an AC but it does not cover the entire area as the apartment is pretty big. There is a boiler for hot water so you need to pay attention or you can run out of hot water.
